Service Description

Initial appointment to determine how best to support your needs and how to tailor the advice and support provided. A personalised meal plan is provided with ideas and optional recipes to help you implement change and move you forward. Optional app support is provided if a follow up session is booked to provide an ongoing supportive approach in implementing both dietary ad behavioural changes.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or change your booking, please do so or get in touch at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the booked class. Classes paid for, but not attended, will not be refunded.
